Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome at the family reception the opening night of the conference. Otherwise, all activities and meals are for registered attendees only.

What is the registration fee to attend the conference?
Registration fees vary depending on membership and registration date. They are as follows:
MASSP/MAESA Member
$400 on or before June 1, 2023
$500 after June 1, 2023
MASSP/MAESA Nonmember
$500 on or before June 1, 2023
$600 after June 1, 2023
MSASPA Member
$500 on or before June 1, 2023
$600 after June 1, 2023

Is a tax-exempt letter needed for the hotel?
The Golden Nugget has a block of rooms being held for the MASSP / MASEA / MSASPA conference. To make reservations by phone, please call 1-800-777-7568 and provide the group code S230337 for the best room rate. The hotel room block will remain established until the cutoff date, May 29, 2023 at 5:00p.m. After this, the hotel will release the block specifically held for the MASSP / MAESA / MSASPA conference. The group rate is not guaranteed to be available after the cutoff date. For those whose room is being paid for by a tax-exempt district/organization, a current letter of tax exemption must be provided to the hotel. It can be sent in with the payment if mailed in advance of the conference or brought in with the payment at the time of check-in.

Will SEMIs and OSLs be offered?
Yes, 5 and 10 SEMIs and one OSL will be requested through the MDE.
Hopefully, we will also be able to offer CEUs as well.

Is there a presentation proposal form for presenters to complete?
Yes, there is a presentation proposal that will need to be completed for each presentation. For exhibitors who select the Gold Level, a presentation proposal form will accompany the invoice email. Please note, presentation proposal forms need to be returned by April 15, 2023 to Ronnie McGehee at email address mcgeheeronnie@outlook.com.
