Exhibitor FAQs

All potential presenters must complete a Presentation Proposal Form for each session they wish to host. This applies to both our Gold Level sponsors and any attendees interested in presenting.

Once submitted, all proposals will be reviewed by our Executive Director, Ben Stein, to determine final approval for the conference schedule.

Submission Deadline: April 15, 2026

Shipments should be delivered to the hotel no more than three (3) working days prior to the program date if possible.

Electrical outlets will be available for all exhibit tables.  We do request that you bring your own power strip and/or extension cords.  Also, we will have exhibitor tables setup in the hallway of the Golden Nugget conference area again this year.  Since the hallway is along the inside walls and not close to windows, the lighting is muted; therefore, feel free to bring an additional light source if you feel your exhibit will require it.

If you have agreed to provide a door prize for the conference, please drop it off at the registration table by Wednesday morning. The door prizes will be given out at various times during the conference.  Please attach a business card to your contribution so that recognition can be given at the time the prize is presented.
